Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. *
Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.*
Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. *
Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
(Lunch time ranges from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. daily.)
*We see patients late in the evening to accommodate all your scheduling needs.

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, but we would appreciate a 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion can be paid over the duration of your treatment. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. Our knowledgeable and courteous team is always available to answer any questions you may have.
